🛍️ Trade-Only Returns Policy

Veloce traders ltd operates as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. Our refund and return policies are designed to accommodate wholesale transactions while ensuring a fair process for all parties.

By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are buying on behalf of a business and agree to the terms below.

🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition with original packaging.
  • Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Unsold stock
  • Opened or used products (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email us at info@velocetrader.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).

  2. Approval – We’ll confirm if the return is approved and provide return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Refund – Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

    • All approved refunds are subject to a 30% restocking and handling fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and inspection.
  • Please note: 30% of the total order value will be deducted from all refunds as a restocking fee.

📦 Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing, damaged, or incorrect products:

  • Notify us within 3 working days.
  • Include your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.
  • We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible through reshipment, store credit, or refund.

🛒 Wholesale Order Adjustments

Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and inventory turnover, we do not allow partial returns or exchanges unless agreed upon in writing.
