Veloce traders ltd operates as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. Our refund and return policies are designed to accommodate wholesale transactions while ensuring a fair process for all parties.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are buying on behalf of a business and agree to the terms below.
🔄 Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition with original packaging.
- Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.
⚠️ We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Unsold stock
- Opened or used products (unless faulty)
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

Approval – We’ll confirm if the return is approved and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Inspection & Refund – Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

All approved refunds are subject to a 30% restocking and handling fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

💳 Refund Method
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and inspection.
- Please note: 30% of the total order value will be deducted from all refunds as a restocking fee.
📦 Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with missing, damaged, or incorrect products:
- Notify us within 3 working days.
- Include your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue.
- We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible through reshipment, store credit, or refund.
🛒 Wholesale Order Adjustments
Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and inventory turnover, we do not allow partial returns or exchanges unless agreed upon in writing.
